Avant Personnel was certified to the RCSA Service Delivery Standard (RCSA SDS: 2007) in April 2008 and achieved zero non-compliances in all of our audits - an accomplishment we're very proud of. Right now Avant is going one step further and working towards accreditation in the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Standard.
While the RCSA Service Delivery Standard is an industry standard developed by the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association - the peak industry body for the recruitment industry in Australia and New Zealand; ISO 9001:2008 is one of the most widely recognised and utilised quality management tools in the world today.
Implementation of this internationally recognised standard forms an important component of our client and stakeholder relationship, ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our customers while improving our services.
