What were you looking for when you came to Avant Personnel?Having just moved back to Darwin and being pregnant, I was looking for temporary work for about 4 months until my baby was due. Could you tell me about your experience working with the Avant Team?I last worked for Avant about 4 years ago and really enjoyed working with the team they had then, becoming friends with some of the consultants. Obviously Ally is a great leader and team motivator as I have found working with the new team of Vanessa, Tristan and Rebecca to be fantastic. They all seem to know what is going on and are doing a great job of keeping me employed. When I first met Vanessa, I felt like she had been my friend forever, she was very supportive of me and she and the other team members have done everything to help me.
