RCSA Certified... what it means for you

With the support of the Territory Business Growth Program, Avant Personnel has recently completed the process of gaining Quality Assurance Accreditation (RSCA Service Delivery Standard RCSA – SDS:2007) through Industry Body - the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia (RSCA).

The RCSA Service Delivery Standard sets a benchmark for the highest quality service and operational efficiency in the recruitment industry and provides a framework for the definition and implementation of a management system, which is designed to deliver excellent customer service consistently, and reliability to Client and Candidates alike. A critical characteristic of the standard is that it focuses on customer service outcomes as the primary driver of business direction and operations design.

The mission of the RCSA is “to represent and service the interests of its members for the increased profile and professionalism of the industry in Australia and New Zealand.” In 2004 the RCSA initiated the development of a standard for the delivery of recruitment services, which would set a target for excellence in recruitment services. Avant is proud to achieve RCSA Accreditation and looks forward to continually improving its services to clients and candidates alike into the future.
