Going back to Avant was like going back to something that you know.  Having to change jobs quite frequently because of Defence postings can be quite daunting and an emotional experience, so it was nice to go back to an environment that felt familiar.  Although the consultants had changed, the level of service definitely had not.  I felt comfortable knowing they would help me in every way to find employment – even when they knew it would only be for the short term.  I recently had a placement (where I had worked previously) and was excited to meet up with some familiar faces upon returning there and really enjoyed my experience.  My other placements have been appropriate to my skill level and I have learnt something new at every job.
