As your local recruitment specialist, Avant's recruitment process will:

  • Identify your needs and gather details on your organisation.
  • Develop a position/job specification in consultation with you.
  • Confirm which method will be used in identifying the ideal candidate (including database search).
  • Assess the candidate response and contact suitable applicants for the position.
  • Arrange first interview.
  • Conduct a follow up consultation with both the candidates and client after the first interview.
  • Confirm who has been selected for second interviews and advise all candidates accordingly.
  • Arrange second interviews (if required).
  • Conduct a follow up consultation with both the candidates and client after second interview.
  • Confirm/negotiate the offer of employment with the selected candidate.
  • Confirm/negotiate candidate start date.
  • Follow up personal contact with both the candidate and client following commencement.
